About H Company

H exists to push the boundaries of superintelligence with agentic AI. By automating complex, multi-step tasks typically performed by humans, AI agents will help unlock full human potential.

H is hiring the world’s best AI talent, seeking those who are dedicated as much to building safely and responsibly as to advancing disruptive agentic capabilities. We promote a mindset of openness, learning, and collaboration, where everyone has something to contribute.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team working on our Enterprise AI Platform. You will own product strategy and execution, working closely with product engineering, design, research, and forward-deployed teams, to continue building the platform that supports the enterprise deployment of our frontier agents and models. We are looking for a technically savvy Product Manager who is excited about building for real-world operational use cases and is able to synthesize cross-deployments learnings into a high-leverage platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for our Enterprise AI platform.

  • Understand key enterprise use cases and pain points through deep engagement with forward deployed teams, turning common pain points into high leverage features.

  • Partner with research, engineering and design teams to translate AI capabilities into useful product features.

  • Own product lifecycle from ideation through launch.

Requirements:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product management or related experience.

  • Proven track record of building and deploying B2B Enterprise products.

  • Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by both quantitative data and qualitative insights

  • Low ego and high EQ. You build trust and drive decisions through clarity, not hierarchy.

  • Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Comfortable crafting roadmaps and diving into metrics

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse teams.

  • Self-directed with a bias for action. You can navigate unknowns and own outcomes end-to-end.

  • Clear and crisp communicator. You bring clarity to complex problems and tailor storytelling to your audience.

  • Thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly

  • English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI, LLMs or ML-driven products.

  • Ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed (even if not a core responsibility)

Location:

  • Paris or London.

  • This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average.

  • Please expect some travel between offices on a reasonable cadence (e.g., every 4-6 weeks).

What We Offer:

  • Join the exciting journey of shaping the future of AI, and be part of the early days of one of the hottest AI startups.

  • Collaborate with a fun, dynamic, and multicultural team, working alongside world-class AI talent in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Enjoy a competitive salary.

  • Unlock opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development.
