Purpose of the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience team. This role is critical to delivering exceptional, high-converting digital journeys that fuel Zego’s growth.

You’ll lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of our customer-facing digital capabilities. You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, marketers, and operations to create seamless, impactful customer experiences that drive adoption and conversion.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead digital product strategy and execution for Zego’s customer-facing journeys across web and mobile platforms.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritisation within the quarterly goals that you help define, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and long-term strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, research, marketing, and operations to identify and deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis) to validate ideas and continuously optimise the user journeys. This is a must.
  • Champion user-centric design, ensuring every touchpoint delivers simplicity, value, and delight.
  • Communicate product vision and updates clearly and consistently across stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with tools like Amplitude, Looker, or SQL
  • Demonstrated success in improving digital adoption and conversion
  • Comfortable navigating and influencing both technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for building seamless, data-driven digital experiences
