The summary above was generated by AI

Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to create delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, helping to improve the industry by elevating UK estate agencies through world-class technology.

We're on a mission to revolutionise the property industry, and our Product team is at the heart of that mission — identifying the most valuable problems to solve, guiding teams to ship high-quality solutions, and measuring the impact along the way.

If you're looking for the chance to take real ownership of your product area in a collaborative, transparent and values-driven culture, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Street Group, you'll be a trusted leader in your area of responsibility. This is a high-autonomy role with ownership from day one, combining digital, marketing and AI initiatives.

You will:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the website, property report and wider digital products

  • Support alignment across other teams for approximately 12 months while leading your own product areas

  • Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and wider PropTech AI integration

  • Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insight into clear, actionable priorities

  • Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution

  • Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practice

What success looks like in this role

You'll thrive here if you can:

  • Take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear product priorities

  • Balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and technical feasibility

  • Work with a high degree of autonomy, without needing step-by-step direction

  • Bring clarity, pace and strong judgement across multiple digital and AI initiatives

  • Help teams focus on the highest-value opportunities and measure the impact of what ships

A bit about you

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and operate at Senior PM level from day one.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across departments and levels

  • Confidence working autonomously in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience using and integrating AI tools into your day-to-day product management workflow (e.g. Claude Code and similar)

  • Clear, articulate communication — able to explain what you built, why you built it, and the results it achieved

  • Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning

You'll likely be a strong fit if you are:

  • Strategic, but still happy to be hands-on with discovery and delivery

  • Comfortable owning both customer-facing digital products and internal AI/productivity initiatives

  • Motivated by high ownership, high trust and high standards

  • Excited by the opportunity to work in PropTech, helping improve an entire industry through software
