Your Impact

Data Product Managers are the first point of contact for internal users to understand their problems and liaise with Analytics Engineering and Data Science to frame, build and maintain data products (raw data, aggregated data, dashboards/tools, data exports to other tools) that will address them

Your mission will be to empower product teams, data scientists, and data engineers to build innovative AI products that improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. You will work on platform solutions that enable users to ingest and export data, build data products, access and explore data, and train, evaluate, and serve AI. This is a pivotal moment: we are making bold changes towards a more unified, open, scalable, and efficient platform to enable Doctolib's AI ambitions and directly impact over 420,000 health professionals and 90 million people across Europe.

What you'll build

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Shape the data platform vision and roadmap by implementing a product approach that optimizes impact and scalability of each platform component, collaborating with data governance to institutionalize strong data management policies
  • Define and prioritize platform solutions by leading OKRs definition, working with platform engineers to build a roadmap that achieves the product vision, and consulting with users to improve platform components
  • Drive discovery and ensure impact delivery by continuously connecting with users, leading scoping and explorations, and working closely with stakeholders and data teams to ensure initiatives deliver expected outcomes
  • Enable data product discovery and lineage by developing solutions that allow users to discover data products and understand their relationships
  • Build frameworks for data access management by developing and improving tools that enable secure and compliant data access across the organization
  • Empower data exploration and analysis by implementing tools that enable users to explore data through low-code or LLM-based solutions, perform analysis, and build reporting
What you'll bring

Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
