Cutting Edge Music Tech - On-Demand Vinyl Records

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us redefine the music industry. elasticStage is building the world’s first on-demand vinyl and CD platform, unlocking physical music for the Digital Creator era. By 2030, there will be over 250 million music creators globally, most locked out of physical formats due to high minimum runs and operational complexity. elasticStage solves this through patented on-demand vinyl and CD manufacturing technology, powering a free-to-use platform where creators can produce and sell physical releases worldwide with no upfront costs or minimum quantities.

And we are scaling fast:

  • 100,000+ creators are using the product within our first year of commercialisation.
  • Aiming for 20X growth by 2027.
  • Partnerships with SoundCloud and Amuse (with more major partners to come!).
  • Shipped to 79 countries.
  • 4.7★ on Trustpilot and Google.
  • Recently raised a new funding, bringing the total capital raised to £30M.
  • Moving to new office in Kings Cross.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our Creator and Fan platforms, playing a central role in our growth expansion.

A core part of the role is identifying and building new product bets, taking ideas from concept to MVP and into scalable, high-quality solutions that drive meaningful growth. You will lead the product across two areas:

  • For creators, you will build products that make creating and selling physical releases simple and powerful, including AI-assisted artwork and release tools, and enabling each vinyl to be uniquely personalised for individual fans.
  • For fans, you will design compelling discovery and purchasing experiences, including personalised vinyl, mixtape and gifting products, with a focus on empowering fans to become creators themselves through customisation, curation and creative participation.

Alongside launching new products, you will improve the creator funnel from sign-up through onboarding, engagement and retention by building a structured experimentation capability.

We value intellectual curiosity, a strong builder mindset and practical experimentation. You will work closely with engineering to shape how AI is used across the product lifecycle to accelerate validation, increase velocity and reduce dependency on full engineering cycles, influencing both our tooling and how we build.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the growth product roadmap, balancing bold new product bets with continuous optimisation across creator and fan journeys.
  • Lead new products from 0 to 1, taking concepts through MVP validation into scalable, high-quality solutions with clear commercial impact.
  • Drive measurable journey improvements in activation, monetisation, repeat purchase and retention through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • Build elasticStage’s experimentation engine, establishing the processes, tooling and discipline to run and scale multiple concurrent experiments.
  • Use data to inform strategy, analysing funnel, cohort and behavioural insights to shape both quick wins and long-term product direction.
  • Embed AI into how we build, using it to prototype and iterate faster while helping define the guardrails and infrastructure required for reliable, scalable experimentation.
  • Align cross functionally, working closely with Engineering, Growth, Operations and Data to prioritise effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Core Product Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience driving user growth in a consumer, marketplace or commerce product.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth through both rapid experimentation and larger 0 to 1 product initiatives.
  • Ability to translate product vision into clear, structured technical requirements, combined with a strong understanding of APIs, integrations and scalable systems, and confidence working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Growth, Commercial & AI Builder Mindset

  • Comfortable defining and owning KPIs tied to business performance, with a strong hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using product data to inform prioritization and decision making. SQL familiarity is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action, excited to build and scale new product capabilities from the ground up.
  • Demonstrates curiosity to increase technical leverage over time, using AI tools to accelerate learning, experimentation and iteration.
  • Strong communicator who can “lead without authority” and mobilise technical and non-technical stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Industry-Leading Salary Package: Enjoy a highly competitive salary package that rewards your expertise and hard work.
  • Flexible time off: 25 days of paid holiday, a paid birthday off, and remote-friendly working.
  • Comprehensive Pension Scheme: Secure your future with our robust pension scheme.
  • Cutting-Edge Tech Office Environment: Work in a modern, tech-driven office environment equipped with the latest tools and technology.
  • Medical Insurance: Protect yourself with our comprehensive medical insurance plan.

Work Location:

  • Enjoy a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home, while spending at least 3 days a week in our vibrant London, King's Cross office.
