As a Senior Product Manager on our creative product teams, you will be at the helm of shaping the creative experience and directing performance outcomes for our customers. Your leadership will guide the end-to-end development of new features, from initial research through execution, testing, and successful launch. Your keen attention to detail will ensure our creative products consistently surpass the highest standards in customer experience, technical excellence, scalability, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Ignite Innovation Through Experimentation: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate bold ideas and design rigorous experiments aimed at enhancing our creative performance. Your innovative approach will propel our products to new heights.
  • Own and Evolve the Product Roadmap: Take full ownership of the product roadmap within your area, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities and adapts dynamically to emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Leverage Data for Strategic Insight: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform and refine our product strategy. Your data-driven insights will be key to steering our direction.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Monitor shifts in competitor and industry landscapes, proactively adjusting the roadmap to maintain our competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Improved Outcomes: Work with various team members to enhance creative experiments and their outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that our processes are streamlined and results-driven.
  • Champion Clear Communication: Successfully communicate with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Transform Customer Feedback into Actionable Insights: Organize and distill customer feedback into clear, actionable steps that drive product improvement and innovation.
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Products: Describe what the product and the customer need in simple terms. Then, collaborate with the engineering and design teams to create products of the best quality that greatly satisfy our customers.
  • Stay Ahead of Technological Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of technological advancements, the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to continuously inform and refine our product strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working on funnel optimization, growth, or monetization for a consumer-facing product
  • Experience working on the frontend of the product, with a solid insight of how front-end web services work.
  • Proficiency in using data and data visualizations to inform product decisions and tell compelling customer stories.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating skillfully across departments to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience in designing statistically rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product enhancements.
  • Exceptional
  • verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with comfort presenting to large groups and senior management.
  • Bonus Skills: A background in data science or data analysis, and experience in AdTech, are valuable pluses.

Location:

This role will be based out of London, UK but can be remote within the country. 

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role:

London, U.K.: 90,000 -102,500 GBP

Liftoff's Compensation Strategy

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location. Liftoff provides employees a total compensation package of competitive market salaries, equity, health and wellness stipends, medical benefits associated with your country of residence. The base compensation will vary based on location, experience as well as level.
