Job Description

We're looking for a great Senior Product Manager to join a cross functional team, in either London or Nottingham, in our continunally growing Marketplace in ECS and help continue creating and accelerating our growth ambitions. We've got a wealth of ideas, a fantastic team and the desire to keep helping even more people make better financial decisions.

You'll report to the Head of Product and your role will involve ownership and growth of our loan, mortgage and banking markets. As well as optimising conversion across those and other markets. You'll do this through discovery, innovation and development of an evolving and improving online comparison experience across web and app.


What you'll do:

  • Work with cross functional teams and senior leaders to help create the product strategy, defining near and long term road maps, associated goals, objectives and key results
  • Understand and increase performance against both commercial and non-commercial KPIs
  • Partner with commercial, tech and experience design teams to identify and deliver impactful user and our results
  • Facilitate user research/testing as part of validating ideas and identifying user problems to solve
  • Work with the team to deliver prototypes and early experimentation to prove out risky assumptions and shape the customer proposition and experience
  • Balance primary product feature development and capability improvement with new ideas

Qualifications

  • Product management experience within an Agile environment, including experience to grow demand and engagement in your given product within a consumer organisation.
  • Customer journey experience including A/B optimisation and feature experimentation testing
  • Ran or participated in design sprints
  • Worked with API integration, micro-service and cloud platform development
  • Demonstrate product passion and obsession for product performance metrics and feedback

Desirable

  • Worked in an ecommerce marketplace or aggregator/comparison service consumer business
