The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to lead one of our core product teams in a high-visibility, high-impact role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product by driving AI-powered innovations in the sales engagement space. You'll be at the forefront of our transformation into an AI-driven company, crafting strategy and vision, engaging with partners and customers to understand their workflows, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and marketing, to bring advanced AI solutions to market.

This role can be based anywhere in Europe.

Within three months, you'll:

  • Gained a solid understanding of the product, market space & competition
  • Have shipped 2-3 key product features
  • Built a detailed roadmap for the next quarter

Within six months, you'll:

  • Have crafted a year-long roadmap and established an inspiring long-term vision for your product team.
  • Increased adoption, engagement & retention metrics for your key features

Preferred skills and background

  • 7+ years as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company with a lot of traffic/users.
  • Proven experience launching major product features that drive user or revenue growth 
  • Track record of using data and qualitative research to develop your roadmap
  • An eye for simplification: a strong ability to isolate customer needs and turn ambiguous problems into beautiful solutions 
  • Strong design sensibilities: a track record of developing easy-to-use and elegant software, together with designers. 
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You will do what it takes to ship your feature and make it successful. 
  • You are comfortable wearing multiple hats to get things done - whether it means recruiting customers for interviews, helping QA your products, or training the GTM team for new feature launches.
  • Deep empathy for users. You love meeting and learning from all customers - from users on our free plan to decision-makers in large enterprises.
