About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️. That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 160 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍.

Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here).

Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager, App to help us bring that vision to even more travellers.

About the role

(Hybrid)

At Skyscanner, we’re building the App to be the easiest and most trusted way for Travellers to search, discover and plan their trips.

As we continue to grow the global audience we serve, the App plays a critical role in how Travellers engage with us directly - not just as a search tool, but as a fast, intuitive and beautifully crafted native experience they return to again and again.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver meaningful product outcomes within our native App experience - with the ambition to deepen engagement, increase repeat behaviour, strengthen direct relationships and drive long-term Traveller value.

Whatever the challenge, our PMs:

  • Think in outcomes, not outputs - focusing on measurable shifts in Traveller behaviour.
  • Solve for the whole journey - across inspiration, search, saving, price alerts, booking and return behaviour.
  • Work hard to make searching for and finding a dream destination feel simple, intuitive and effortless.
  • Break ambitious goals into MVPs, experiments and fast learning cycles.
  • Continuously learn and iterate - using data, experimentation and emerging AI tools to improve the experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and drive meaningful product outcomes within your App area that materially shift engagement, retention, loyalty and conversion - designing native-first experiences that create compelling reasons for Travellers to return again and again, while balancing business goals, partner outcomes and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Translate Traveller insight into impact, acting as the voice of the Traveller within the App and using customer research, rapid experimentation, analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and accelerate learning.
  • Own outcome-led delivery end-to-end, defining MVPs, proofs of concept and iterative releases that balance learning, impact and technical foundations - and using structured experimentation to validate ideas and inform future roadmap decisions.
  • Partner across the organisation with engineering, design, business analytics, data, marketing (including App engagement) and other verticals to deliver coherent, high-quality native experiences.
  • Coordinate dependencies across related product areas, company goals and broader initiatives to ensure a seamless end-to-end Traveller experience across inspiration, search, saving, alerts and return behaviour.

About you

You care deeply about improving the travel experience for millions of people - and about moving the right metrics for the right reasons.

You likely:

  • Have strong experience owning end-to-end product areas within consumer mobile Apps.
  • Think in terms of engagement loops, retention drivers and long-term Traveller value - not just feature delivery.
  • Are highly data-informed, with hands-on experience using experimentation and AI-enabled tools to drive measurable outcomes and validate ideas.
  • Are comfortable operating in complex product and business environments where company goals and initiatives may compete - and can navigate those tensions with clarity and sound judgement.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity, turning open-ended problems into focused, outcome-led plans.
