The role
We're looking for a technically sharp, strategically minded Product Manager to own Cryptio's API and AI Platform. This is a foundational role. You'll be responsible for the platform that sits underneath everything we build, serving enterprise clients integrating our services, internal teams building on our infrastructure, and increasingly, AI systems consuming our endpoints programmatically. If you care deeply about developer experience, API design, and the emerging intersection of agentic AI and enterprise software, this role was built for you.
What you'll do
This isn't just managing a backlog of endpoints. It's about owning a strategic platform layer that enables the entire business to scale.
Define and drive the API roadmap, balancing the needs of enterprise clients, internal FDE teams, and AI/agentic consumers
Lead discovery with enterprise engineering teams to understand real integration patterns and translate them into coherent API design
Establish API design principles, versioning strategy, and deprecation policies that give clients and internal teams confidence to build
Design APIs with AI consumption in mind: structured responses, semantic clarity, LLM function-calling compatibility, and agentic workflow support
Own the end-to-end developer experience: authentication, documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, error messaging, and time-to-first-call
Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success
Define and monitor platform KPIs: uptime, latency, error rates, adoption, and developer integration speed
Support client onboarding, bespoke integrations, and API-based deal enablement alongside Sales and Enterprise Solutions
Tools
OpenAPI, REST, GraphQL, Linear, Notion, Slack, and whatever it takes to ship a world-class developer platform.
We're looking for someone who
Has deep technical fluency in API design, versioning, and enterprise integration patterns
Has experience building or owning developer-facing platforms and can speak credibly to engineering teams
Understands how LLMs and agentic systems interact with APIs and can design for that consumption model
Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and thrives in cross-functional coordination roles
Brings strong product instincts: can synthesise competing stakeholder requirements into a clear, prioritised strategy
Is comfortable operating with autonomy and taking full ownership of a complex, horizontal platform
Bonus: experience in crypto, fintech, compliance, or data infrastructure
