The Senior Product Manager will work with across GE Vernova and with the AI Portfolio Manager to identify, prioritize and build out AI products. These products (several) focus on delivering improvements and value through the lens of the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) framework, measuring the impact of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
Roadmap input: Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducing new methods for verifying success and identifying risks.
User Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications.
Cross-Business Coordination: Support the coordination of AI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery.
3rd party solutions: Oversee the interjection of AI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred:
Business Acumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives.
Leadership: Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives.
Experience building and deploying AI applications.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
