Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Our vision:  A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.

This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.

Role Scope:

You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.

MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:

  • Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
  • Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
  • Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
  • Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.

Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:

  • Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
  • Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
  • Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
  • Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.

What You Will Help Shape:

  • A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
  • GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
  • A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
  • Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
  • Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
  • Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
  • Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
  • Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
  • Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
  • Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
  • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.

Why This Role Is Unique:

  • You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
  • You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
  • The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
