Products: Agentic Research Platform

The type of contract is a full-time legal agreement, not a B2B contract.

As Product Manager, you will define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for our agentic research platform. You’ll partner with AI/ML engineers, UX designers, and domain experts to deliver features that streamline researchers’ end-to-end workflows and enable custom co-agent creation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Craft the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with market needs and user feedback
  • Prioritise features that balance researcher productivity, AI reliability, and platform extensibility

User Research & Validation:

  • Conduct interviews and usability studies with academic and industry researchers
  • Translate insights into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with ML engineers to define API/tool integrations (e.g., Semantic Scholar, sandboxed compute)
  • Collaborate with UX and frontend teams to design intuitive AgentStudio flows and dashboards
  • Coordinate with QA to ensure stability, compliance, and guardrail enforcement

Go-to-Market & Evangelism:

  • Develop launch plans, collateral, and training for new features (e.g., co-agent builder, grant composer)
  • Serve as a product advocate at conferences, webinars, and customer demos

Metrics & Optimisation:

  • Define key performance indicators (usage, task completion rates, user satisfaction)
  • Analyse platform telemetry and iterate on features to drive adoption and satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in AI, developer tooling, or research software
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, B2B-focused SaaS or platform products
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable defining and tracking KPIs
