Senior Product Manager - Agentic AI

Our client is an ambitious, high-growth technology business building infrastructure that enables AI agents to securely access data, understand context and make intelligent decisions across complex enterprise environments.

Already working with major global enterprises and backed by leading investors, they are now entering an exciting stage of growth — and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define this emerging market.

This is not a traditional backlog management role. We're looking for a senior product leader who can own the market, product vision and strategy and help define how enterprises approach Agentic AI.

You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and customers, bringing market and customer intelligence into product development and helping shape where the product goes next.

You'll also become a key external voice for the product. You'll join customer and sales meetings, build credibility with senior technical and business stakeholders, contribute to webinars, events and thought leadership, and help translate complex AI technology into clear, compelling stories.

We're looking for someone who can bridge technical depth and strategic communication — someone who can have meaningful conversations with engineers about AI infrastructure and emerging standards, while also explaining the value and vision to customers, partners and the wider market.

• Own the product vision, strategy and market direction for Agentic AI infrastructure.
• Bring external market intelligence, customer insight and emerging technology trends into product development and strategy.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, competitive movements, industry standards and enterprise requirements.
• Work directly with customers and senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate those insights into product strategy.
• Partner closely with Engineering to shape the roadmap and make informed decisions around complex technical challenges.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions and go-to-market strategy.
• Act as a trusted product and technical voice in customer meetings, supporting Sales in conversations with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Represent the product externally through webinars, conferences, industry events and thought leadership.
• Help shape strategies around AI agents, identity, data access, context and emerging protocols.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives for customers, partners and the wider market.
• Balance innovation, security, scalability, developer experience and enterprise requirements.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Product and AI, who combines technical understanding with commercial and communication skills.

You'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or a closely related Product Marketing/Product Strategy role.
• Strong experience working with AI products, AI infrastructure, developer platforms or enterprise technology.
• The technical credibility to work closely with engineers and understand APIs, data infrastructure, identity, security and emerging AI standards/protocols.
• A strong understanding of the rapidly evolving AI and Agentic AI landscape, with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into product opportunities.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, ideally within complex B2B technology environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• The confidence to represent a product externally through customer meetings, webinars, conferences, events and thought leadership.
• A strategic, market-led mindset — someone who looks beyond the existing roadmap to understand what the market will need next.

Experience with areas such as AI agents, AI infrastructure, identity, cybersecurity, data platforms, graph technologies, APIs or emerging AI protocols would be highly valuable.
