Senior Product Discovery Manager 

Angel Court, London - Bupa Place, Salford

Hybrid (flexible working options available)

Permanent  

Full Time (37.5 hours) per week 
Salary £66,200 DOE and location + Fantastic Benefits  

 

Role Overview 

Are you passionate about innovation, market insights, and creating game-changing propositions for our customers? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive our Discovery Agenda for UKI Product & Proposition. This is your chance to influence and shape the future of healthcare by uncovering opportunities, understanding customer needs, and turning ideas into reality. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the Discovery Strategy: Set out a roadmap that fuels growth and enhances customer experience. 

  • Unlock Market Insights: Define and implement approaches to gather intelligence on competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities. 

  • Champion Customer Understanding: Build “always-on” testing capabilities to validate meeting customer needs and shape new propositions. 

  • Run an Innovation Lab: Create a vibrant, high-energy environment where radical ideas thrive, creativity is encouraged and solutions come to life. 

  • Prioritize Opportunities: Structure a process to evaluate and rank ideas based on customer need, feasibility, and commercial impact. 

  • Deliver Expert Insights: Use external data and market analysis to inform and evolve Bupa’s UK product portfolio, influencing through objective data. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience in product development, innovation strategy, or market research. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. 

  • Creative thinker with a track record of turning insights into actionable solutions. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare market and regulatory environment (preferred).
