The Senior Product Designer will lead product design from discovery to delivery, focusing on user-centric digital experiences and AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our client, which is one of the leading banking groups in the Middle East. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences, especially within AI-driven solutions and enterprise-grade design systems.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Design intuitive and scalable user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for digital banking products
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders within Agile squads
- Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Contribute to AI-powered product experiences, including personalization and automation features
- Advocate for design thinking and UX best practices across teams
- Ensure alignment with corporate banking user needs and compliance standards
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, problem-solving, and design systems
- Hands-on experience with Design Systems (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of AI-driven product design concepts
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Squad model)
- Excellent problem-solving and user-centric design thinking skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in banking or financial services, preferably corporate banking
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital products
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics-driven design
- Understanding of accessibility and compliance standards in fintech
