Senior Product Designer

As our next Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in taking ownership of complex product areas and delivering high-quality work from discovery through to implementation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can simplify complex flows and design intuitive end-to-end journeys. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn ideas into real features, and be trusted to shape direction and raise the bar for design.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

• Designing from discovery through to delivery, testing ideas and improving flows along the way

• Turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences

• Helping homeowners get jobs done, and trades grow their business

• Raising the bar for quality across interaction and visual design

• Improving how we work, including contributing to the design system.
  

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

• Experience in end-to-end product design, with a strong portfolio of real product outcomes.

• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and the ability to work autonomously.

• Strong communication skills and a curiosity to frame problems and solve them with data and user insight.

• Confidence with prototyping tools, user testing workflows, and design systems, or the drive to pick it up quickly.
