You’ll be part of a product trio (Product Manager, Designer, Engineering Lead) within the Ecommerce squad, collaborating daily with engineers, data partners, and stakeholders across Growth, Brand, Content, and Science.
You’ll also join ZOE’s broader Experience team — a high-impact, interdisciplinary group of Product Designers, a Content Designer, a Motion Designer and UX Researchers. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and impact. We challenge each other, learn together, and believe that great work can and should be joyful.
We’re looking for our next Senior Product Designer to join our Ecommerce squad, a critical team with the mission “of making discovering, understanding, and purchasing of ZOE products effortless and joyful”.
This role is primarily focused on web surfaces across our marketing, discovery, and purchase journeys. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers as part of a cross‑functional squad, designing end‑to‑end ecommerce experiences that balance member needs, scientific integrity, and business outcomes.
As a Senior Product Designer at ZOE, you’ll own problems from early discovery through to high‑fidelity execution and implementation. You’ll help translate complex propositions into clear, intuitive, and delightful experiences — raising the bar for both UX and UI craft along the way.
Own ecommerce experiences end‑to‑end, from problem framing and discovery through to detailed UI and implementation
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, define success, and ship high‑quality outcomes
Design intuitive, conversion‑aware journeys across web‑based discovery and purchase flows
Make complex concepts and value propositions feel simple, human, and trustworthy
Use research, data, and experimentation to (in)validate design decisions and iterate with confidence
Bring strong UX and UI craft, with attention to interaction, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and polish
Present work clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for the user
Contribute to and evolve our design system, improving consistency and speed without sacrificing quality
Help raise the bar for design quality, collaboration, and ways of working within the team
Experience & Craft
Have 5–8+ years designing digital products in product‑led teams (B2C experience strongly preferred)
Have shipped and iterated on web‑first or ecommerce experiences at scale
Are a strong UX thinker who can also deliver high‑quality UI and visual design
Have a portfolio that shows end‑to‑end ownership, clear problem‑solving, and measurable impact
Think in systems and journeys, not just screens
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints thoughtfully
Measure success by real‑world outcomes, not what’s in the design file
Are comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping clarity with your team
Are a collaborative partner — pragmatic, kind, and enjoyable to work with
Communicate clearly and prefer simple, direct language over jargon
Are open to feedback and iterate quickly without losing craft quality
Take ownership, follow through, and care deeply about doing great work
Care about health, wellbeing, and improving people’s lives
Bring a member‑first mindset to decisions
Value inclusivity, accessibility, and ethical design
Enjoy learning, experimenting, and growing alongside others
