We’re looking for a driven, humble and passionate Senior Product Designer who cares deeply about user-centric design to join the Rewards & Recognition team within the Member Platform.

Your primary challenge will be to optimise the Rewards experience for users across the 55 markets we operate in – balancing legal and technical constraints while making the experience exciting and engaging. You'll explore gamification mechanics and innovative incentive models to elevate member engagement.

Experience in payment process design is a strong plus.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term, part-time (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously on complex design challenges.

  • Analyze and resolve complex design problems through in-depth evaluation of multiple variables and constraints.

  • Develop and implement creative and effective design solutions that align with company objectives.

  • Exercise sound judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting both standard and complex design techniques.

  • Utilise in-depth professional knowledge to develop design models and procedures while monitoring industry trends.

  • Direct the application of existing design principles and contribute to existing Design System development.

  • Adapt communication style and use persuasion effectively when delivering messages to different stakeholders.

Required Competencies:

  • Proven commercial experience as a Product Designer for cross-platform web and mobile applications.

  • Experience designing and shipping end-to-end products with complex user flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases.

  • Strong skills in evaluating Value vs. Effort to effectively prioritize work.

  • Capability to define and implement methods and processes for new assignments.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with confidence in navigating ambiguity and working independently.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results within your discipline.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Impact & Accountability:

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape product strategy and influence key objectives.

  • Stay focused on the metrics that matter, using data to guide design decisions.

  • Create experiences that impact over 24 million users across 55 countries.

  • Drive the achievement of medium-term goals through strategic design initiatives.

  • Take ownership of performance targets within your assigned projects.

  • Contribute to broader team objectives through consistently high-quality, user-focused design work.
