Runa transforms this landscape by providing a new digital payments infrastructure that empowers businesses to send digital money instantly and cost-free to anyone, anywhere. The Runa API empowers thousands of businesses to make payments to 5 billion+ consumers in 190+ countries instantly to cards, wallets, bank accounts and gift cards. Leading companies such as Sodexo, TopCashback, Perkbox, Sweatcoin, Coinbase, and Globetopper rely on Runa to facilitate instant, flexible global payouts to tens of millions of consumers.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer at Runa, you’ll craft experiences that empower customers, merchants, and recipients, maximising value from our platform and delivering a seamless payout experience for end recipients.

As our payout network expands, you’ll shape the next generation of payout experiences. You’ll own design within your domain, from consumer-facing journeys to operational workflows, driving efficiency and scalability. You’ll work closely with Product Management and Engineering, and partner across the wider organisation.

• Balancing deep user empathy with business understanding, designing for both customer needs and operational efficiency.

What Excites Us:

• A well-rounded product designer with strong visual skills, a high level of design craft, and experience designing for B2B products, ideally within fintech or payments.

• The ability to translate design concepts into production, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver value to customers at the highest level of craft quality.

• Experience collaborating across teams and domains, contributing to broader initiatives that strengthen our overall ecosystem.

• The ability to draw on your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver engaging, well-crafted, end-to-end experiences across our platform.

• Curiosity about new tools and technologies that make design work more efficient and scalable.
