Senior Product Designer

At Our Future Health, we’re building the UK’s largest ever health research programme—uniting 5 million people to help change the future of how we detect, prevent, and treat diseases. It’s bold, ambitious, and meaningful.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s excited to design, deliver and improve complex products that enable our participants and researchers to feel truly valued. You’ll design products that make it easier for people to take part in something extraordinary—and you’ll help shape how design works across our organisation.

This is a chance to lead with empathy, mentor others, and bring clarity to complex challenges. You’ll work closely with passionate, multidisciplinary teams and help guide how we build products that are trusted, accessible, and address unique user needs.

Our Designers are able to work remotely from anywhere within the UK, and our London office is available for those who wish to use it.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead the design of complex, live products within a cross-functional team
• Gain deep understanding of the needs of our users through research and testing
• Iterate and develop ideas from early stage ideation to production ready prototypes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams across Our Future Health to create seamless user journeys across all digital products
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity in everything you create
• Manage and develop Junior Designers, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and psychologically safe environment

• You have a real desire to create meaningful impact through the designs and products you work on
• You have worked on live products with technical and business constraints
• You have led the iteration and refinement of product designs
• You advocate for user centred approaches to decision making
• You are expert in digital whiteboarding and product design tooling
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with a widely diverse, cross functional team
• You understand the wider impact of design challenges and solutions, accounting for these throughout your process
