  • Partner closely with product and engineering leads to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, actionable user experiences.
  • Lead design efforts that support long-term enterprise goals such as scalability, governance, security, and permissioning.
  • Design systems and flows that empower administrators, IT teams, and enterprise users- while keeping our product simple and intuitive.
  • Guide and mentor other designers, raising the bar for quality and craft.
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones (London & Tel Aviv) with a strong async mindset and great communication habits.
  • Contribute to monday.com’s broader design culture- sharing learnings, driving best practices, and pushing our craft forward.

Requirements
  • You bring 5+ years of product design experience
  • Strong UX design skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive, data-driven experiences.
  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
  • Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
  • Excited about how AI can redefine the way we work. From adopting new tools to refining processes which increase our efficiency and craft.

Nice to have:

  • With added points for prior SaaS (B2B or B2C) and enterprise-focused experience

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions and potential, competitive salary, bonus and equity incentive program.
