As a small team, we’re all generalists, constantly picking up new challenges. When it comes to design, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick a problem and solve it. In this position, you will also get a chance to work closely with different members of the team and our users to bring your designs to life.
🚀 What you’ll doDesign new beautiful and simple interfaces and components
Work closely with founders to come up with new concepts
Extend and improve our design system
User calls for usability testing and product understanding
Light in processes: 6-week sprints, 10-minute daily meetings every morning, async Loom updates and feedback. That’s it.
Few meetings: The vast majority of the discussion happens asynchronously on Notion and Loom. We believe that extended periods of uninterrupted time are a requirement to build great products.
First principles thinking: We're after people who can see a problem, come up with a solution, and ask the right questions along the way. We need problem-solvers, not just task-doers.
