  • Manage and coordinate design efforts within a product space, ensuring clear communication and alignment with other teams.
  • Validate designs through user research and industry best practices, presenting findings and design rationale to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the value of design, ensuring its impact is understood across teams while contributing to the development and tracking of key product performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously refine your skills, stay up to date with industry trends, and grow as a designer.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in product design within B2B companies, including designing, validating, and measuring end-to-end product experiences. A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work and case studies is essential.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence, with the ability to lead ideation sessions and workshops using design thinking methods.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and articulate design decisions.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, UX/UI principles, interaction design, and business metrics (KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating insights into the design process.
  • Ability to drive iterative design within an agile development environment, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
