We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our direct-to-consumer trading products, broker partner products and developer experiences. You'll tackle exciting challenges, collaborate with talented colleagues, and make a real impact on our user experience.
What you'll do:
- Own the design process: Lead the end-to-end design for complex web and mobile applications, from user research and discovery to pixel-perfect execution.
- Champion user needs: Deeply understand our diverse user base (traders, developers, broker partners) and advocate for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Shape our design system: Lead efforts to create and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across our B2C and trading platform, B2B broker partner platform, and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Drive impactful results: Balance multiple projects and feature launches while consistently raising the bar for design excellence.
Who you are:
- Experienced: You have 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of launching successful design systems and products in a fast-paced environment.
- User-centric: You're passionate about understanding and translating user needs into intuitive and engaging experiences.
- Collaborative: You thrive in a cooperative, remote environment and excel at communicating design decisions effectively.
- Jack-of-all-trades, master of design: You're a true design generalist, comfortable navigating the worlds of B2C, B2B, and developer experiences. You embrace variety and enjoy taking on new challenges.
- Technical proficiency: You have a solid understanding of how designs are implemented and make use of tools to streamline development handoff.
Bonus points:
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, health tech, or other complex B2B2C/B2C products.
- A knack for crafting delightful micro-interactions.
