As a Product Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create accessible, user-friendly solutions that meet user needs while supporting business goals. You’ll be at the forefront of designing meaningful products in a rapidly evolving environment where your creativity, initiative, and sense of ownership will be highly valued.

 Key Responsibilities:  

  • Design & Delivery: Create end-to-end product solutions, from wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring accessibility and compliance with governing laws. 
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle. 
  • Prototyping & Validation: Develop prototypes, run experiments, and iterate solutions based on user research and data insights. 
  • Design Systems & Standards: Use and contribute to the , ensuring consistency and scalability across products. 
  • Accessibility & Inclusion: Advocate for inclusive design and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. 
  • Culture & Growth: Promote a collaborative, positive and feedback-driven culture focused on delivering exceptional user experiences. 

Core Competencies: 

  • Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product design roles, preferably across multiple product domains or industries. 
  • Prototyping & Research: Skilled in creating prototypes and conducting user research, either independently or in collaboration with researchers. 
  • Design Craft: Proficient in designing user experience flows and visually compelling user interfaces with high-quality deliverables. 
  • Design Systems: Experienced in working within and contributing to design systems, with a strong understanding of how to apply them in a product context. 
  • Accessibility: Knowledgeable about accessibility standards, with experience designing inclusive and accessible products. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting clear design rationale and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Interaction & Visual Design: Experienced in interaction design, prototyping, and applying design thinking principles with strong visual design skills. 
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficient in design tools such as Figma and FigJam, with experience designing for web and mobile platforms. 
  • User-Centred Approach: Reliant on user-centred design methods to craft exceptional user experiences from concept to execution.

Skills & Experience Interview: A 45-minute chat with a team member about your professional experience and relevant skills. 

Portfolio Review / Case Study Presentation: A 60-minute session where you’ll present 1-2 case studies of your past work, followed by questions and discussion with the team.
