  • Working as part of a cross-functional team, help solve complex communication problems. Through strong expertise in user-centred design principles, user experience design and interaction design, deliver product designs inline with the high standards our users deserve in a consistent and considered manner
  • Supporting the Design Community by contributing to regular Design team sessions to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and strengthen the design culture.
  • Actively participating in building and improving design culture, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
  • Demonstrating the value of new approaches, iterating on ideas, and inspiring others to embrace change.

We'd really like to hear from you, if ...

  • Have proven work experience in a Senior Product Design role
  • Have exemplary UI/X design skills
  • Have experience designing for accessibility requirements
  • Have experience contributing to a design system and embrace working in a modular way
  • Have demonstrable, human-centred product design skills, such as: helping to define research goals, running collaborative ideation sessions, interpreting findings and defining designing solutions
  • Are confident scoping design ideas with stakeholders of different disciplines
  • Are an excellent communicator with the ability to describe complex ideas simply
  • Can make significant contributions to the longer term design/experience strategy for your product area, as well as the sequential shorter term goals and objectives to achieve it
  • Have strong technical understanding and work very effectively with engineering team mates
  • Love working with design team mates to deliver high-quality user interfaces and a thoughtfully evolving experiences

💰 £70,000 - £85,000 salary + the value of 31,500 share options
