Remote | Full-Time | Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia
At MEDDICC, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences and drive measurable improvements in adoption, workflow effectiveness, and user behavior.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and a Design Lead to turn complex, workflow-heavy problems into simple, scalable solutions that help modern sales teams operate at their best.
This is an end-to-end role, from problem framing and research to final UI and post-release validation. You are responsible for outcomes, not just design output.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Design work consistently ships to production and is build-ready with minimal clarification or rework
- UX quality improves measurably (fewer support issues, less rework, clearer workflows)
- Design decisions are grounded in user insight and data, not opinion
- Clear success metrics are defined upfront and validated post-launch
- Improvements drive adoption, workflow completion, and reduced friction in key journeys
What you'll do
- Design with intent and impact: Craft simple, intuitive workflows that improve adoption, engagement, and retention, with a clear link between design decisions and measurable user behavior.
- Shape and validate problems: Partner with Product to define what gets built, frame clear problem statements, and validate solutions early through research, prototypes, and user feedback.
- Execute and deliver with quality: Produce production-ready designs ahead of sprint, with full coverage of states and edge cases, minimizing rework and ensuring smooth delivery with Engineering.
- Own outcomes end-to-end: Define success metrics upfront, measure impact post-launch, and iterate based on usability improvements and workflow effectiveness.
- Design for behavior change: Improve how users adopt and apply MEDDPICC in real workflows, not just interface usability.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure alignment, low-friction execution, and clear, evidence-based decision making.
- Raise the bar across the system: Identify recurring UX issues and improve patterns, consistency, and overall product quality beyond individual features.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in Product Design for B2B SaaS and a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced Agile teams
- Strong experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products
- Experience with building or contributing to Design Systems
- Strong product thinking: able to define problems, not just solve them, and drive outcomes for users
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready design with minimal rework
- Experience with user research, validation, and iterative design
- Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Bonus: experience in sales, enablement, or productivity
This role is NOT for you if:
- You prioritize aesthetics over usability, outcomes, or user impact
- You avoid complexity or real product problems
- You are slow to ship or don’t take ownership end-to-end
- You rely on intuition without validating with users or data
- You prefer working in isolation over collaboration
Other Info + Hiring Process
