What you'll do 

  • Lead the visual expression of the product, creating high‑quality UI, interaction patterns, and motion guidelines that set the standard for the team—while grounding those decisions in solid UX principles.
  • Translate user insights into actionable design decisions, using research, testing, and analytics to refine flows, improve usability, and ensure the visual design elevates the overall experience.
  • Shape end‑to‑end journeys, connecting IA, interaction models, and visual craft to deliver experiences that are both intuitive and beautifully implemented.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and research, influencing product direction and ensuring user needs, accessibility, and technical feasibility shape the final solutions.
  • Guide and inspire others through workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions—helping teams think visually, conceptually, and systematically.


 

Who you are 

  • With a strong foundation in UI craft, you can elevate visual quality while grounding every decision in solid UX principles and user‑centred reasoning.
  • A designer who operates confidently across UX and UI, shaping journeys, flows, and interaction models before refining them into polished, high‑fidelity interfaces.
  • Experienced in both web and native app design, with a strong understanding of platform conventions, accessibility, and how design translates into real product delivery.
  • Systems thinking comes naturally to you; you design frameworks, patterns, and reusable components that scale consistently across multiple touchpoints.
  • A supportive leader for mid‑weight designers, providing clear direction, constructive critique, and coaching that helps them grow their craft, autonomy, and confidence.
