Team missionOur UX Team is a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers that are passionate about solving customer problems in an effective and delightful way. As our Senior Product Designer of Supply Growth - you will be part a mission team that is dedicated to growing our selection of supplier partners. That includes making supplier self-service onboarding seamless, secure, and scalable. We create internal tools that leverage powerful AI capabilities to moderate new experiences, authenticate suppliers, and guide them to become trusted partners. Our goal is to support both our account managers and suppliers, ensuring a safe, efficient, and delightful onboarding journey.
Your mission- Solve exciting complex design and product challenges by designing user-friendly experiences for impactful prioritized touchpoints of the supplier portal: a b2b platform that enables experienced creators to share their products with travelers all around the world.
- Create and iterate on internal tools that use AI to moderate and authenticate new supplier experiences.
- Collaborate with operations and account managers to gather feedback and improve onboarding flows.
- Support the development of self-service onboarding tools, making it easier for suppliers to become trusted partners.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and AI specialists to deliver robust, scalable solutions and communicate your design rationale.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and principles.
- Advocate for user needs and a vision of safe, efficient, and delightful supplier experiences.
- Explore ambiguous design challenges with a variety of approaches and methodologies in order to help your team orient in the problem spaces.
- Work with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and test your own designs.
- Support systems thinking across the broader design team and drive alignment with the design language.
- Work closely with Content Design to structure and iterate upon your designs.
- You will develop a strong, user-centered point of view on your product area, advocate for user needs and your vision in a collaborative way.
- Mentor other designers; give constructive feedback to strengthen your peers’ decision making skills, quality of work and fuel their professional growth
- You’ll be a thought partner to your Product Manager, building the product strategy and roadmap together.
- Foster collaboration among brand and product designers, engineering, and product teams to realize a supplier experience that is cohesive, and aligned with our end-to-end product.
- Work to establish and socialize a robust foundation of design principles around inclusivity, usability, and aesthetic
- Minimum 6 years’ of end-to-end product design experience in B2B environments, especially with onboarding, trust, and authentication flows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with supplier or partner onboarding, trust, and authentication processes.
- Experience designing and improving internal tools, ideally with AI or automation components.
- Familiarity with training AI tools based on human feedback from operations or account management teams.
- Ability to balance the needs of account managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking and experience contributing to design languages and systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- A user-centered mindset and a passion for creating safe, inclusive, and accessible experiences.
- Experience working with AI/ML teams or designing for AI-powered products.
- Passion for visual design, accessibility, and strategic thinking.
