Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to support multiple product teams in delivering exceptional user experiences. This role is focused on user research, UX strategy, and journey design, helping teams deeply understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive, effective solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to shape the user experience across key areas of our platform. Your day-to-day will involve deep collaboration with product teams. You'll be leading discovery, validating ideas, and designing experiences that are grounded in user needs and aligned with business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead user research initiatives to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define user problems, map journeys, and design end-to-end experiences.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent and explore solutions that push the boundaries of user experience.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders and users.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world insights.
  • Apply behavioural design principles to create intuitive, engaging experiences that account for cognitive biases and heuristics.
  • Work closely with the Design Systems team to ensure consistency and alignment with established UI patterns across omni-channel experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design practice by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and championing UX best practices.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in UX design and user research within cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Expertise in designing user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for complex digital products.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around user needs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, and research platforms such as Maze (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience of working with comprehensive design systems and adhering to WCAG guidelines.
  • Desirable criteria
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Experience working across multiple product teams or in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
