As a Senior Product Designer at Deducta, you will lead the creation of intuitive, high-impact product experiences for global enterprises. You will build design systems from the ground up, translate complex data challenges into elegant workflows, and shape the foundations of a high-performing design practice within a well-funded, ambitious startup environment.

What you will do:
Design elegant, user-centered components and high-fidelity prototypes that scale across the entire Deducta enterprise application.
Lead the development of design standards and best practices to ensure a consistent, world-class user experience.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to own solutions from initial research through to final deployment.
The ideal candidate:
At least 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end enterprise products.
Deep expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries within Figma or similar tools.
Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into intuitive UI/UX that requires zero explanation for the end user.
