We are looking for a Product Consultant (pre-sales consultant) to join our product consultants in Europe. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Law Firm IP Management technology. The team consists of 12 and is reporting to the Director for IP Product Consulting EMEA. We have a great skill set in IP and IP Management solutions and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in IP Management systems and Microsoft tech stack, including SQL.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience working within IP and 5 years’ experience working in a pre-sales role or similar. This person needs to be able to present complex solutions
  • Strong presentation skills and a team player to collaborate with stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to configure software and present this to potential clients as well as experience in maintaining demo environments

It would be great if you also have . . .  

  • Experience with setting up demo environments, leading trials and proof of concepts
  • Experience of configuring using Microsoft SQL

What will you be doing in this role?

You will be working closely with our sales teams, product team and implementation team to make sure we grow our revenue for IP Law firm software and services. This means that you will support our sales and CSM team in presenting our technology to both existing and potential new customers. For this we expect that you will have an active role in discovery of the client needs, preparation of the demo, leading the demonstration, work with product marketing on enablement, maintain the demo environment(s) and work very closely with all relevant stakeholders.

Our team support sales opportunities across the globe, you will be primarily focusing on the EMEA market, however we do expect that for some occasions you will support outside of this region.

About the Team

Our team is part of the IP Management Software product team and is setup to support our sales organization in growing our annual revenue.

The team operates in EMEA and North America and consists of 12 people. Each of these support 1 or more IP Management Solutions. Our primary focus is Offer expert guidance to customers on maximizing product value, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and goals. 

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.  

This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 2-3 days a week.
