Reporting to the Production Director, you'll work primarily (but not exclusively) with our Design, Art and Audio departments, partnering closely with discipline leads to help teams plan, prioritise and deliver their work. You'll balance the needs of the project with the needs of the people delivering it, recognising that sustainable, motivated teams produce the best games.
You'll bring the development teams together to facilitate discussions, identify risks and opportunities early and help teams navigate competing priorities while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment.
