Overview

The Senior Producer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of multiple projects creative simultaneously while ensuring alignment with the overall vision and strategy of our brand. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organisational abilities, effective communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude to adapt to frequent changes within a dynamic work environment.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until 30th January 2026.

Your Mission:

  • Manage and lead the production of multiple projects within the creative team, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including designers, marketing, merchandising, and external vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives, creative direction, and strategic goals.

  • Work closely with the Creative team to understand the brand's vision and strategy, translating it into actionable plans for the team while maintaining a strong focus on creativity and innovation.

  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including talent, budgets, and timelines, to optimize productivity and meet project deliverables.

  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, develop contingency plans, and provide timely recommendations to minimise disruptions to project timelines and quality.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance production workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, streamline communication, and improve collaboration across teams.

  • Partner with the Head of Creative Services to ensure projects are executed within allocated budgets, monitor spending, and provide regular reports on project financials to stakeholders.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Your Talent:

  • Experience in a senior producer or similar role within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering high-quality creative projects.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver results under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate creative ideas, and present project updates to stakeholders.

  • Ability to align creative output with the brand's vision and strategy, understanding the luxury fashion market and industry trends to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, embracing challenges and proactively seeking solutions while maintaining a positive attitude and a calm demeanour.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find practical solutions in complex situations.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that encourages professional growth and innovation

  • Deep understanding and appreciation of the luxury fashion industry, its trends, and its creative landscape.

  • Proficient in project management software, collaborative tools, and relevant production software. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and fashion-specific production tools is desirable.
