Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. As Senior Principal QA Customer Support, you will act as the primary liaison to external customers for all quality-related matters. You will lead customer audits, manage key quality processes, and contribute to site and global quality projects that drive continuous improvement.
