Job Description: Senior Principal Product Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Principal Product Manager of FLX ONE Cargo will lead the platform product strategy and requires strategic product leadership—not just domain expertise. You'll drive the product vision, manage transformation complexity, and work closely with engineering, customer delivery, and airline stakeholders to deliver a platform that provides genuine competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product vision and roadmap for FLX ONE Cargo, defining how airlines manage offers, orders, and fulfillment

  • Drive product strategy that leverages unified platform architecture and shared data intelligence

  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, customer delivery, and go-to-market

  • Guide transformation methodology and customer migration approaches from legacy systems

  • Establish governance frameworks including post-PI continuation gates for financial discipline

  • Build and empower distributed teams that execute autonomously across time zones

  • Translate technical capabilities into customer value for airline executives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic product leadership with experience driving transformation initiatives—not just domain execution

  • Track record leading complex B2B SaaS or platform products, ideally in travel, logistics, or high-volume transactional systems

  • Technical depth to engage with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern integration patterns

  • Strong product management fundamentals: discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, stakeholder management

  • Experience leading teams through platform transitions while balancing innovation and operational stability

  • Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and present to airline leadership

  • Comfort with ambiguity and building new products rather than maintaining existing ones

  • Collaborative leadership that empowers teams rather than creating dependencies

  • Global mindset with experience across cultures and time zones

Why Join

You'll shape how major airlines manage cargo operations at significant scale. This is a greenfield opportunity with proven infrastructure, working alongside strong technical and domain expertise.

The role offers genuine strategic impact—your decisions will define transformation methodology and platform evolution for a critical industry vertical.

We value autonomy and trust. Leadership believes in teams that execute independently rather than requiring constant oversight.

What does the future of the air transport industry look like to you? Whether you’re an industry veteran or someone with experience from other industries, we want to make your ambitions a reality!
