Position Summary


Our Vice President of Sales for the Puppet at Perforce is searching for a Senior Principal Account Executive to join the team. The Senior Principal Account Executive at Perforce will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the organization, with expertise spanning a broad spectrum, encompassing innovative sales strategies, comprehensive market analysis, and the development of cutting-edge sales methodologies. In this elevated position, the Senior Principal Account Executive will be tasked with defining and implementing critical strategic sales solutions that contribute significantly to the realization of the company's sales objectives and overall growth.


Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in sales strategy, market analysis, and business development
  • Proven ability to drive organizational growth and exceed high-level sales targets
  • Advanced knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive strategies
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the C-suite level
  • 12+ years of experience in Sales or a related field 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to C-level executives in sales strategy development
  • Lead the implementation of critical strategic sales solutions
  • Drive innovation in sales approaches and methodologies
  • Oversee complex, multi-faceted sales initiatives across the organization
  • Provide thought leadership in sales strategy and market positioning
  • Mentor and develop senior sales talent within the organization
  • Represent the company at high-level industry events and negotiations
  • May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
