Are you a Senior Presentation Designer with a passion for producing engaging and visually rich creative solutions? Our Creative department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Presentation Designer to create and deliver the highest standard presentations and deliverables to our clients. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative presentation artist who transforms complex, scientific concepts into easy-to-understand assets and at the same is able to develop and maintain simple slides that communicate effectively. In this role, the designer may also be involved in the artwork, design, and tasks required to create visually engaging concepts for our clients. A BOLD Senior Presentation Designer is a problem-solver and a self-starter with a passion for detail and capable of delivering timely, high-quality solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and engaging PowerPoint presentations applying a keen eye for reaching the target audience(s) and meeting client expectations
• Translate complex scientific language and data into a compelling story using accessible and palatable slides, infographics, and charts
• Build, develop and maintain standard PowerPoint slides which enhance information, bring clarity and ensure figures, tables and graphics communicate directly to the user
• Maintain consistency in BOLDSCIENCE graphic design elements and brand standards while ensuring that the work adheres to a high level of excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client services, editorial, artworkers, designers and/or other participants) to understand requirements throughout the life-cycle of the project
• Assess and evaluate existing presentations to recommend improvements
• Willing to revise and rework projects as needed based on collaborative feedback
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in presentations, communications and media and apply this understanding to the needs of the business
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines is highly preferred
• A minimum of three to five years of direct experience in Presentation Design
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Portfolio showcasing previous PowerPoint design work
