Senior Presentation Designer

Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Capital House, 85 King William Street, London EC4N 7BL

Contract: Permanent, full time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm

(Ex: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm on a rota)

Break: 30-minute lunch, unpaid

Work format: Hybrid–on-site four days, remote one day

Williams Lea is looking for a Senior Presentation Designer to join our team!

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Presentation Specialist plays a key role within a highly experienced and well-established team, supporting the creation and enhancement of high-quality presentation materials. This includes working with both corporate templates and creative design elements. The role involves collaborating with internal colleagues and external clients in a professional, consultative, and solutions-focused manner. The Senior Presentation Specialist is accountable for the final product—ensuring consistency, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy and quality in line with Bank templates and corporate brand guidelines.

In addition, the role involves end-to-end management of presentation documents within defined quality and time parameters, while handling client queries related to these deliverables. Regular communication with the Team Leader is expected to provide updates on workflow, timelines, and any challenges, helping ensure client expectations are effectively met. Building strong working relationships with both clients and team members is essential to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely presentation materials
  • Create and amend documents using provided templates, based on client requirements
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery
  • Use relevant software and tools effectively and accurately
  • Provide accurate time estimates for each task and coordinate with Workflow Coordinators to meet deadlines
  • Perform quality checks on all work before submission to clients
  • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a supportive team culture
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to attendance, time management, and workflow planning
  • Adhere to objectives, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain a professional and consultative approach in all client interactions
  • Provide clear and thorough handovers when necessary
  • Ensure work is properly documented and submitted for random quality checks
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures
  • Report any issues promptly to the appropriate stakeholders

Personal Attributes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Office 365)
  • Familiarity with graphic production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable
  • Experience working in a corporate, client-facing environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Open to feedback with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Quick to learn and apply new skills as required by the role
  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience working in a shift-based or hybrid environment is an advantage
  • Professional appearance required when working onsite (business or smart-casual attire)
