What will your role be? 

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical expert, bridging the gap between visionary business goals and innovative cloud solutions. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will lead the technical presales for our most complex accounts, ensuring that we deliver high-value, sustainable solutions that solve real-world problems. This is a role for a strategic thinker who enjoys the "translation" of technology into business value and who thrives on building long-term, collaborative relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Client Partnership: You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their long-term goals and shape technical strategies that help them succeed. You will lead discovery sessions to uncover hidden challenges and co-create architectures that align with their strengths.
  • Architectural Design & Innovation: You will design multi-faceted solutions on Microsoft Azure, M365 and Google Cloud, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and resilient. You will have the creative freedom to develop novel architectural patterns and will govern technical risk to ensure long-term stability.
  • Business Case Development: You will help clients understand the ROI of innovation by building compelling business cases and financial models. You will partner with our sales leadership to develop technical strategies that expand our footprint in key accounts through value-based advisory.
  • Mentorship & Community: You will be a key figure within our architecture, advisory and delivery communities, collaborating, coaching others and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will share best practices and help us build an inclusive, supportive engineering environment.

We are looking for a collaborator with a growth mindset. There are many roads that lead to this role, and we welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds. You may be a perfect fit if:

  • You have proven experience in a client-facing presales or solution architecture role.
  • You have a deep understanding of cloud-first architectures (specifically Microsoft Azure and Fabric) and the ability to design solutions that take full advantage of cloud capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Cloud Platform is a bonus.
  • You have a track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and can translate complex technical jargon into clear, impactful business value.
  • You enjoy the commercial side of technology—creating the narrative for why a solution is worth the investment.
  • You are passionate about coaching others and contributing to a diverse, inclusive team culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
