As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing clients and prospects with exceptional Relativity experience. Based in the UK, this role will be crucial to the success and growth of the EMEA team, the wider Sales Engineering team and Relativity as a whole.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Play an essential role in Relativity’s efforts to acquire and grow accounts through technical sales consulting

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in sales calls and meetings with account executives and prospects.

  • Identify customer business needs and help define solutions to address them.

  • Design, assist, and/or lead presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Manage complex opportunities, including running customer “deep dive” sessions to cover key product functionality and address prospect questions and issues.

Support Relativity’s RFx and third-party risk assessments

  • Assist in completing mandatory requirements such as RFI/RFP and Security/Privacy questionnaires.

  • Collaborate with sales to write sales proposals detailing how Relativity’s solutions will address business needs.

Intake and communicate product feedback

  • Deliver feedback to the product management team and regional stakeholders based on prospect/customer feedback, product issues, and observed market trends.

Serve as customer facing Relativity evangelist

  • Attend and/or speak at industry events.

  • Author content surrounding industry trends and best practices.

Demonstrate, develop and maintain subject matter expertise in product and industry

  • Maintain expert knowledge of RelativityOne by consulting with other teams, attend internal product sessions, and individual study/testing.

  • Develop expertise in Legal Data Intelligence use cases; Data Breach Response, Contracts and the application of Relativity aiR.

Understand sales process as it relates to Relativity's overall strategies and objectives

  • Learn and understand Relativity’s sell strategy, conducting effective discovery to understand pain points, proactively address customer inquiries.

  • Strong understanding of the sales opportunity lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence (LDI) use cases (litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, DSAR, etc.) across the entire review lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of Generative AI, specifically in legal document review.

  • Strong sales orientation and technical understanding of RelativityOne.

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) preferred, or ability to pass the exam within 3 months.

  • Relativity Master status preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months.

  • 7+ years supporting SaaS applications, including 4+ years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.

  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Service-oriented approach, ability to multitask and self-manage workload.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
