At the heart of END. is our customer and it’s our people and culture that make the difference. With over 600 employees across our HQ, offices, and retail locations, our customer-first mindset continues to guide everything we do.

The Role:

The Senior PR & Talent Manager is responsible for driving the brand’s public relations strategy, managing talent partnerships, and building impactful relationships that strengthen brand visibility, credibility and cultural relevance. Working closely with the Chief Brand Officer and partnering with Creative, Marketing, E‑commerce, Retail and Brand teams, this role leads the development, execution and measurement of best‑in‑class PR and talent initiatives.

This role has both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality communications and influencer programmes that enhance the brand’s reputation, support key campaigns and drive long-term audience engagement. The Senior PR & Talent Manager will manage the PR & Talent Executive while working closely with external PR agencies (at times) and key industry contacts.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • PR Strategy & Delivery
Leading the creation and execution of the global PR strategy across product launches, campaigns, brand moments, spokespeople profiling and cultural initiatives.
  • Talent & Influencer Partnerships
Sourcing, negotiating and managing talent, influencer and ambassador relationships that align with brand values, drive impact and support commercial objectives.
  • Media Relations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, producers and PR stakeholders across fashion, lifestyle, culture and trade media.
  • Press Office Management
Overseeing day-to-day press office operations including media requests, product gifting, seeding and timely communications.
  • Event & Activation Support
Leading PR and influencer activity for events, store openings, partnerships and experiential activations, ensuring strong attendance, coverage and social amplification.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
Working closely with Creative, Brand, Social, Campaign, Retail and Product teams to align PR and talent plans with broader marketing and business priorities.
  • Insights, Reporting & KPIs
Setting KPIs, measuring PR and influencer performance, reporting against goals and providing insights to drive data-informed decision making.
  • Team Leadership & Development
Managing and supporting the PR & Talent Executive, providing clear guidance, feedback and development opportunities to build capability and confidence.
  • Budget Responsibility
Managing PR and influencer budgets, talent agreements and maximum return on investment.
  • Brand Representation
Acting as a brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring all communications reflect the brand’s tone, values and strategic direction.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience within PR, influencer management or communications within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or image led brand.
  • Strong media network, with established relationships across fashion, culture, lifestyle and trade titles.
  • Proven experience managing influencers, talent and creators across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Ability to lead PR activity for campaigns, launches and events from ideation to execution.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to connect PR/talent decisions to brand and business outcomes.
  • Confident in negotiating talent fees, contracts and deliverables.
  • Experience working with PR agencies, managing external partners and guiding overall strategic direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling stories and pitches.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at pace, juggle deadlines and problem-solve quickly.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Passion for fashion, culture, media and the evolving media ecosystem.

Besides a competitive salary and an engaging and inclusive work place we can offer you:

  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Flexible working, with 2 days WFH
  • 40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Holiday trading (Buy or sell 3 days)
  • Your birthday off
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme
  • Healthcare Cashback Plan
  • Moments that matter gifts (Weddings and Babies)
  • A pension that both you and the company contribute to
  • Generous staff discount
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • And so much more….

We know that great talent comes in many forms. So even if you don’t meet every single criteria, we would still love to hear from you. If you’re passionate, driven, and believe you can contribute to our future success, we encourage you to apply.
