Manage all paid media activities including campaign creation, optimization, budget management, and conversion tracking while ensuring compliance and providing insights.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly accountable Senior PPC Specialist to manage all paid media activities across the company, including summit campaigns, corporate advertising, top-content boosts, and brand awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal guidance, taking full ownership of campaign creation, optimisation, budget management, and conversion tracking across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X Ads, and emerging platforms. This role is critical for supporting our global growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality performance across all paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X Ads, and other platforms as needed.
- Oversee paid media for summits, corporate campaigns, brand campaigns and other ad hoc campaigns.
- Take full ownership of budgets: daily pacing, allocation, cost efficiency, and ROI reporting.
- Manage and troubleshoot conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs) across all platforms.
- Build and manage segmented audiences, remarketing lists, and full-funnel strategies.
- Enhance organic content performance through strategic boosting and paid amplification.
- Monitor performance daily and provide clear insights, optimisation recommendations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies, especially for restricted industries (iGaming).
- Explore, test, and recommend new ad platforms, tools, and optimisation methods.
- Collaborate with CRM, design, and events teams to align targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube (X Ads is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Strong expertise in conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and troubleshooting tracking issues.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country budgets and delivering performance improvements.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, remarketing, and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, insight-driven reports.
- Experience boosting content and managing brand-level campaigns, not only performance campaigns.
- Experience in events, iGaming, or global multi-market brands is an advantage.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
