A bit about the role…

We are looking for a Senior Player Analyst to join our Player Analytics team – a critical role supporting the

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just answer the question, but answers the next one before it’s even been asked.

  • rounded view of the player
  • Turning insights into action: influencing proposition design, marketing activity and product optimisation
  • Acting as a thought partner to leadership – challenging assumptions, validating ideas, and modelling outcomes
  • Helping shape our test-and-learn culture by building hypotheses, designing tests and measuring results

What experience we’re looking for…

  • Experience in data analytics ideally within a gaming, e-Commerce or fintech industry
  • Proven record of extracting commercial value from complex datasets
  • Highly proficient in writing structured and efficient SQL queries to manipulate large volumes of data; experience with Python or R for advanced analysis
  • Strong experience in segmentation, clustering and cohort analysis
  • Familiarity with CRO/MVT platforms and digital analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics, Piano, Quantum Metric)
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Looker, Tableau or equivalent
  • A track record of influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based storytelling
  • Ability to turn unstructured questions into structured analysis and impactful recommendations
  • Comfortable working independently, thriving on variety, ambiguity and solving novel problems
