Join a mission-driven team accelerating the transition to personalized medicine. As the second platform hire, you will design and scale the AWS infrastructure powering clinical trials for top global pharma companies. You will bridge the gap between engineering and operations, enhancing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring the reliability of life-saving research tools.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS (IAM, ECS) and Terraform to support rapid global growth.

• Improve the developer experience by refining CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using GitHub Actions and Python for safer releases.

• Lead observability and reliability initiatives using tools like Honeycomb to monitor system health and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.

The ideal candidate:

• 5-7 years of experience in Platform, DevOps, or SRE roles, specifically within a scaling SaaS environment or high-growth startup.

• Deep technical expertise in AWS, containerization (Docker/ECS), and Infrastructure as Code specifically using Terraform for automation.

• Strong communicator capable of explaining complex infrastructure concepts to both technical staff and non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first setting.
