About the Role:
The role requires several years of experience managing Paid Search activity. The ideal candidate will be confident managing relationships and leading junior team members towards the goal of driving quantifiable results for the client. They will also be process orientated with experience of using tools & tech to manage activation for complex, multi-market client structures.
Reporting to the Activation Manager, the Senior Planner is integrated into all aspects of biddable marketing practice for the client and its many products across European markets. Additional responsibilities will include supporting junior team members with planning, optimization, reporting and task/communication organization. The focus will be on delivering performance against our client goals, but also working with a wider brand team on creating synergies in all aspects of biddable. There will be the opportunity for you to learn other channel specialisms for a more rounded biddable outlook.
This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong background in biddable to join one of the largest media agencies delivering award-winning work on a daily basis.
Skills & Experience:
- Working in Search & Shopping planning and/or activation
- Extensive experience of Google Ads and SA360 required, plus sound knowledge of other Search platforms
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Search space
- Team Management experience and a passion for developing people
- Have a passion for learning new things
- Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to manage challenges of various clients and market interests in a culturally sensitive manner
- Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel
- Be a proactive self-starter
- Have excellent communication and listening skills

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
