Job Description

To significantly scale qualified new customer leads and sales, via digital Performance Marketing channels, at an efficient ROI.

  • Execute and optimise Performance Marketing channel activity, with a focus on significantly scaling new customer sales and leads at an efficient ROI.
  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager with key insights and ideas to help drive the new customer acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure a continuous and robust test and learn strategy is in place for all activity.
  • Ensure all activity is tracked comprehensively and provide accurate reporting of campaigns and high quality and actionable analyses and insights from data.
  • Communicate strategy and results clearly to the team.
  • Work with the Creative team to deliver ads that truly stand out and are effective.
  • Channel responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), Paid Social (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), Programmatic & Display, and Affiliates.
  • Channel responsibilities and deliverables include:
    • Account and campaign structures
    • Audience targeting structures and testing
    • Keyword structures, match types, management, and expansions
    • Bidding strategy and management
    • Budget allocation and optimisation
    • Ads, assets, and ad copy testing
    • Creative ideation and testing
    • Messaging and offer testing
    • Landing page and conversion testing
    • Reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in executing high performing new customer acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other Performance Marketing platform
  • Strong data analysis and numerical skills, and comfortable working with multiple large datasets to make informed decisions and deliver actionable insights
  • High proficiency with analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in SQL preferred (or other programming language)
  • An understanding of attribution, pixels, tags, and other marketing technology
  • Intelligent, ambitious, and hard-working
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to clear timelines
  • Ability to think creatively, and act fast to identify and resolve problems
  • A Business, Digital Marketing, or other numerate degree preferred
