Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the performance of digital assets in a timely and accurate manner, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure robust Google Analytics (GA) tracking that reflects current release status.

  • Create and present insightful reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and continuous service improvement.

  • Drive optimization initiatives to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.

Technical Skills & Experience
  • Web Analytics Expertise: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics.

  • Data Visualization: Skilled in Looker Studio, Power BI, or other visualization tools (essential).

  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of SQL and strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to achieve business goals.

  • Collaboration: Experience working with developers, research, and UX teams to align digital strategies with organizational objectives.

  • Communication: Strong ability to convey insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
