WORK DURATION: Fixed term contract, 6 months with the possibility of an extension

 

We are looking for a Senior People Systems Specialist (Workday) to join the Sportradar team as we automate, scale, and future proof our People Systems & processes. In this role you will lead the configuration of Workday Learning. We look forward to applications from individuals who are highly driven and excited at the prospect of shaping our People Systems function.

This individual must have strong Workday skills, previous project management experience and have the ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently. Strong relationship building skills are required to work successfully with other groups across Sportradar.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Responsible for the implementation of Workday Learning, together with our implementation partners, including aligning key configuration decisions with stakeholders, developing and completing tests, and managing change both within the People team as well as the wider business.
  • Owns configuration and maintenance for assigned areas including release management, data auditing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve and adapt to business needs.
  • Supports the wider team with other functional areas as needed (HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting, Security)
  • Leads the People Systems aspects for Learning, collaborating closely with our VP People Potential & Organisation Development, and People Partners to provide a seamless systems experience.
  • Researches new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community.
  • Ensures confidentiality of information and protection of rights of end-users and owners of data based on security requirements and functional area. Sets- up, modifies, and maintains security accordingly.
  • Supports the wider People Systems team by offering creative Workday solutions to complex challenges or requirements.
  • Evaluates challenges raised by stakeholders and provides practical solutions whether through feature adoption, training, configuration changes, or otherwise.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Seeking an expert in Workday Learning with the ability to provide best practice guidance.
  • Experience in other functional areas such as Talent, Performance, HCM, Recruiting, or Adaptive Planning  is highly preferred
  • Understanding of Workday security, able to troubleshoot challenges by evaluating domains and roles.
  • Proficient with calculated fields for both reporting & business processes.
  • Ability to guide the business through change and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve high adoption rates.
  • A team player with excellent organization, prioritisation, project and time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic organisation which is undergoing transformational change.
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization and speak in a way that other less technical colleagues can understand.
